The resort offers a variety of tours with competitive prices, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. One reviewer mentioned that the private pool in their villa was fantastic, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. The location of the resort, nestled in the middle of the jungle, offers stunning views and a unique ambiance.
Some areas of the resort, including the lap pool and certain rooms, were not well-maintained, with broken tiles and woodwork in need of repair.

Nice architecture... had our own private villa with a very romantic bed. Very nice location in the middle of the jungle, very quite, intimate and very romantic. They have two very nice pools, on right beneath the restaurant with beautiful views of the jungle and one lap pool down in the valley where the spa is also located.... lots of stairs to get there! A jacuzzi facing the sunset is also accessible at any time. Connection to downtown Ubud is also good: they have a shuttle at fixed hours.
The villa was also equipped with an outside private and totally isolated hot tub. However, as it always rained over night, it was hardly usable... although we would have loved to use it. There was no separation between the bathroom and the actual room, but I guess this is the way to go in that part of world :D.

There is a lot of greenery. The resort room was quite luxurious. Good ambience, there was a stream right inside the resort. You can watch sunset in the comfort of the temperature controlled jacuzzi. Excellent for people who want to relax, but not so good for people who wants to dine and shop.
The restaurant was serving a limited number of food, and very pricey. It could be that this resort is quite near to luxury standard, but I thought it wasn't value for money. Also, the shuttle service to ubud town centre was quite annoying because it has both time and location restrictions. Finally, due to it's proximity with nature (it's actually inside a forested area), you would expect exotic animals visiting your room. But nothing to be alarmed, we must learn to live in harmony with nature.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The beautiful environment offered exceptional views. The resort had cool pools and gorgeous villas. There was a second pool by the spa that was equally amazing. The outdoor bath and shower were a unique and enjoyable feature. The resort also provided a free shuttle to downtown.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.

location of the hotel which was near to ubud market
weird noises in the room specialy during night, reptiles wandering arround inside the room, monkeys outside arround our private pool preventing us to use it and the pool was freezing, this hotel doesn't meet the international standerd of hotel and tourism... it was a horrible experience.

A really nice location outside of Ubud, very quiet. I think the best thing about the hotel was the view, which was of the forest.
Lots of little things were disappointing about this hotel. Some examples were; our welcome fruit basket had a moldy orange in it, the mosquito net/drape over the bed had tears and holes in it so mosquitos could get in, one of the cotton bathrobes in the bathroom had a huge obvious tear in it, the curtain/drapes around the sunlounge outside had lots of large stains all over it - (*I think it was gecko poo). We left them open so when we had our room serviced the next day they would be cleaned. This did not happen, they were just tied up again by staff. The room was also not serviced very well - our welcome drink glasses not removed, toilet paper not checked - so we ran out of toilet paper on the morning of our last day. The spa onsite was over the top expensive for Bali prices. I know these are all relatively minor things but for the price we paid for the room we expected alot better. We definately would not stay there again when there are so many accommodation choices around Ubud with much better value for money.

The location of the property is amazing. the pool and views over the forest are next level! Peace and tranquility are in abundance here! the breakfast was good and beers by the pool are a must! Staff were very helpful. Free shuttles to and from Ubud Market area were much appreciated. the restaurant staff were so great! It was easy to organise transport through them into town if you needed. the reception staff were super lovely too and willing to help in anyway they could.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaint.

The environment and serenity. Not to forget is the excellent service of the Hotel Staff. The flexible hose in my toilet burst at 2300hrs. The water level was rising. I called the operator and within 3 minutes 3 Hotel Staff came. Never had such instant service before.
1. The water in the private pool was not heated. 2. Not much variety in the menu for breakfast. 3. The reading lights were too dim to our liking. A higher wattage lamp with a dimmer would solved the problem.

The Natura Resort Hotel was an absolute dream! The room was unbelievably spacious, giving me plenty of room to unwind and relax. The stunning natural surroundings were awe-inspiring and allowed me to completely escape the stresses of everyday life. The breakfast exceeded all expectations with a wide range of delicious options. The affordability of this resort was superb, making it perfect for budget-conscious travelers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and serene getaway surrounded by nature. I can't wait to return!

The natual environment and the design of the resort. It also had beautiful pools with incredibly outlooks. All villas were independent with unreal outlooks absolutely beautiful.
They should upgrade their tvs now which were the old crt type.

The staff are very friendly, polite and hospitable. They will always acknowledge our presence and greet us whenever we walked past them. The view of the hotel faces the jungle and is very quiet with sounds of nature. Wonderful retreat away from the urban life!
The one-bedroom villa are too dark with little lighting. Watching tv show is quite straining to the eye with the limited light source. The resort should improve on the hygenie of the rooms. In the pool villa, the cushion and the curtains of the day bed is slightly stained and the bathtub is not clean. However the bedsheets are quite clean.

It is set in a beautiful sorrounding and the 2 pools are beautiful.
Everything that is an extra is way over the top expensive. The food/beverages are what you would pay in Australia and are not of any amazing standard. You will pay 3 times less 5 mins down the road. The massage was poor and yet you pay $35USD....most places charge $10 max. It was very rushed and no love, yet set in such a beautiful scene....a real let down.....It took 40 mins to check out and I nearly missed my flight.....taxi charge is more than double any where else...The pool villas are a waste of money as they are tiny and main pools much nicer
